BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Botanic Gardens (2), Dublin

The dial will be found in the Alpine Gardens. Date c 1820. Shows 4am to 8pm in 30, 15 and 7.5 min marks. Peripheral minute time ring in tens (Arabic Nos). Numerals read from outside the dial. Noon gap. Uses XII and IIII. EoT ring of sun too fast too slow type. 32 lines indicate noon at various cities.
