BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

All Saints’ Church, Wotton Underwood

Vertical south-facing dial high on the south west corner of the church tower. The dial is pedimented with a motto in the pediment that cannot be read from the ground. Lines and numerals are painted white. There is a large sunburst at the gnomon root with hour lines emanating from triangular ’flames’. The dial shows 6am to 6pm in half and quarter hours. The vertical Roman numerals use XII at noon and IIII at 4pm. Few of the numerals are legible currently. There has been some cement patching to the dialplate. The substantial strip gnomon has a single supporter. Directions: Follow signs to Wotton. The last says "Wotton (only)". Just before the gated village turn right by a letterbox. The church is at the end of the road.
