BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Equatorial bronze sundial on cruciform stand on octagonal Haddonstone baluster pedestal, set on a brick base. The sundial shows the time from 6am to 6pm in half and quarter hours. The gnomon is an upward pointing arrow and flight. The motto on the meridian ring reads: "Make time save time while time lasts, All time is no time when time is past".
