BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Motto reads: "Grow old along with me the best is yet to be". Time scale drawn inwards from Chapter ring but done with equal angles. Thus horizon line is not correct etc. ’Shows’ 6am to 6pm in half and quarter hours. Uses ’O’ for Noon, and IV. Numerals read from inside the dial. Figure of Grim Reaper at South. Bronze gnomon with bird motif infill. Dial set in centre of huge circular stone table and circular seat.
