BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Horizontal bronze memorial sundial on grave. The sundial shows the hours from 4am to 8pm, indicated in Roman numerals. The hour lines emanate from a circle sector around the gnomon root. The open gnomon has a curved supporter and an undercut tip.
