Minions Cottage, Wooburn Green

This is a typical Pearson Page vertical dial dating frem the early part of the 20th century. It shows the hours in Arabic numerals 6am to 6pm undivided. The gnomon springs from a shield supported by lions while over the top is a series of six robed figures. It is a cast dial with everything in relief. Though it is a vertical south dial it is mounted on a wall facing NW. Minions Cottage is on the SE side of the B4440.
