BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Cambridgeshire
This Memorial Dial is set on an octagonal section baluster pedestal and top.
The dial face shows 4am to 8pm in half and quarter hours. Half hours are marked by inward diamond ended lines. It uses Roman numerals with XII for noon and IIII for four. Numerals are as read from outside the dial.
There is a sun face with wavy rays in the centre of the dial face. Cardinal points S, E and W are marked in a circle that overlaps the ’sun’ to the south and just touches the chapter ring.
The surface-mounted gnomon has a circle as supporter. The tip is broken off.
