BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial is worn and slightly damaged. It is set on an ornate downward tapering octagonal section baluster pedestal on a large two step octagonal plinth. It shows 4am to 8pm in 30, 15, 10 and 2 min marks. It uses XII and IIII, with black infilled numerals read from outside the dial. Noon gap. Inward fleurs de lys mark half hours. Open gnomon with floral ’S’ supporter. Maker’s name at south end is indecipherable. Three hole fixing. The dial was stolen in 2002 but recovered the following year.
