BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Cornwall

On the lower lawn is a cube sundial with dials on each of the four faces. The south face shows the hours 6am to 6pm divided into half hours, the west face shows 4pm to 8pm undivided and the east face 4am to 8am also undivided. The north face is badly worn and has no markings. The replacement gnomons have decorative supports. The dial has a tapered top with pineapple finial and is supported by a square section pedestal.
