BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Treasure Island playground, Tamworth

Shaped like a superimposed circle and rectangle. Shows 7am to 5pm in hours [8am to 6pm BST]. Thick wooden gnomon but without compensation for its thickness. LAT is referred to as Standard Time and Summer time as Daylight Savings (sic) Time. Red furniture on a cream ground. [NB Access to the playground is only permitted to adults when accompanied by children].
