BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Staffordshire

Square dial with unusual rounded corners to the engraved chapter ring. Gnomon missing. Shows 5am to 7pm in 30, 15 and 5 min marks. Uses XII and IIII. Noon gap. Numerals read from inside the dial. Lines stem from circle around root in which are marked W, S, and E. EoT graph at S. Four compass points. Set diagonally on a square capital and square section column 880mm high with small two-step square plinth. Memorial to Rhodes family.
