BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Michael’s Church (1), Steventon

Vertical dial high on the west buttress of the tower. As with the twin dial on the other buttress, all that seems to remain is the gnomon, though a suggestion of an hourline can be made out in our photograph. The dial is set on a slightly inset stone high on the outer face of the west buttress. The gnomon seems to be identical to that of SRN 5320 but is in better condition: the tip is complete. We have no other details of this dial. See also SRN 5320 on the east buttress.
