BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

This is a replica of an original Thos Tompion dial (SRN 3129), with an ornate florally pierced gnomon. It is set on a square section baluster pedestal with circular capital and octagonal plinth, and stands near Kew Palace, where Geo III’s White House was situated, previously called the Dutch House. It shows 4am to 8pm in half and quarter hours and (in Arabic tens) 10 and 1 min marks, and bears an EoT table. Ref: Horological Journal, Vol 102, No 1218, March 1960, pp 166-7, for the maker.
