BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

On front of house below window. Uses opaque glass with leaded framing in metal outer frame. Pedimented top with inset circle of three swans (Mistley sign). Gnomon is glass too. Shows 7am to 7pm BST in half hours. Uses XII and IV. Black furniture on white ground. Unclear whether drawing is fired or not.
