BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Foxwood Farm, Newhouses

The dial declining 12 degrees East has no gnomon. Stone dialplate with ornate edging and drip ledge over. Little evidence of hour lines (only 6am, 7am and 4pm & 5pm can be partly made out) and only numerals for 4 and 5pm can be discerned. Some evidence of the chapter ring.
