BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

All Saints’ Church (1). Over S porch, Brailsford

The dial, canted out on the right hand side to face south, shows 6am to 6pm in hours. It had Roman numerals but only those for 8am and 5pm can be discerned - and those only with difficulty. The surface of the dialplate is spalling badly. Gnomon missing - only its two support holes left. The lower hole has a strange metal loop attached. The date is that of the porch.
