BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Serial number #54. No altitude quadrant, latitude setting by manufacturer’s jig. Lat set at 51 degs. No visible longitude offset on minute sector but this badly patinated. Rotating parts stiff but not seized. Lubricated 2002. Previously was in garden at Greenham Hose, Newbury Berks and moved to present location in 1996.
