BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Church of St James the Greater., Abson

Over South porch. Breakarched dialplate with date in arch. Black incised numerals, blue lines and date. Shows 6 am to 6 pm in half and quarter hours. Uses XII and IIII. Dial canted out 10 degrees West to face South. Stands on a single corbel with three hooks to the wall. Thin gnomon and supporter. New brass gnomon fitted 2003.
