BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Warwickshire
Near the South wall of the churchyard is this bronze horizontal dial. In the centre of the 250mm diameter dial plate is a large engraved royal coat of arms with its motto "Dieu et mon Droit". Another motto says "Tyme Flyes". The date is given as 1670 which is certainly spurious. The dial shows the hours IV - VIII divided into halves, quarters and 5 minute intervals. Uses XII and IIII. Numerals read from outside the dial. Pattern round outer edge. Unusual gnomon with horizontal bar just above the dial plate and shallow ’S’ supporter. Three point fixing. Set on simple modern square section stone column with square capital Memorial dial to Jim Pentith d 24/4/1985.
