BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Gloucestershire

Circular dial carved into chamfered square capital to pedestal with a bronze gnomon. Shows 5am to 7pm in hours. Scroll décor on sides of gnomon. Offset circle under gnomon. Sun flame décor in space between dial circle and capital edge. On square section panelled pedestal with similar chamfered square base.
