BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Gloucestershire

The dial is in the rear garden, set on a cylindrical column with a large square (non aligned) slab as a capital. It shows 4am to 8pm in half and quarter hours, using IIII. It has a pierced floral supported gnomon with an overturned tip ending in a drop, and two bird (?Phoenix) décor.
