BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St George’s Church, Lower Brailes

This dial, made of Guiting stone, is sited over the porch and was restored in 1998 as recorded by a small plaque below the gnomon supporter. The dial declines 10° East and shows VI - IV in undivided hours. It uses Cross Patty for Noon. Deeply undercut sheet gnomon replaced in 1998, and more recent full restoration performed (approx 2008?). The initials JD and ED are engraved at the top of the dial plate. A mass dial can also be seen towards the East end of the nave.
