BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Kent

The dial is near the north-east gate. It shows 4am to 8pm in 30, 15, 5 min marks, using XII and IIII, and with a noon gap. The numerals are read from outside the chapter ring. Churchwardens are named as Hugh Welch and Humphrey Wickham. Scrolls to ends of chapter ring. Set on circular section bulbous stone pillar 1170h and capital on square base.
