BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Motto reads: "Make time save time while time lasts - All time is no time when time is past" Last word obliterated by incorrect gnomon addition. Dial installed by the Kensington Society in memory of Alec Clifton-Taylor d 1985. Dialplate shows 4am to 8pm in 30, 15, 10 and 5 min marks. Original dial would have had an underside gnomon design.
