BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in London (Greater)

There is a separate compass at the south of the gnomon root (175dia). The dial shows 6am to 6pm in half hours, with a noon gap. From a sketch, the numerals appear to be viewable from the inside and they appear to use XII and IV. The ornate pierced gnomon has been broken off and, in 2001, was in safe keeping by the owning Trust.
