BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Kenwood House, Camden

The dial is in the Cottage Garden. It shows 6am to 5pm in hours, on hexagonal stones drilled to show the hour number in domino fashion. 8 o’clock is not numbered, and 7’oclock has been reported to be absent. The centre date stone is arranged as a diamond and is not marked with dates - presumably this dial operates only in one season of the year!
