BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Royal Hospital (Naval) School, Holbrook

Vertical stone sundial set into central brick gable of school buildings. The dial shows the hours from 6am to 5pm in half hour intervals, using Arabic numerals. A stylised sun is in and over the top arch of the dial and on a stone beneath the dial, the motto reads: "Horas Non Numero Nisi Serenas".
