BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Clacton on Sea Old Cemetery, Great Clacton

Motto reads: "Time Flies". Shows 4am to 8pm in 30, 15 and 5 min marks. Inward half hour marks end in arrows. Hour lines drawn from outer of compass circle into chapter ring (excepting some) but not through numerals. Uses XII and IIII. Noon gap. Gnomon base still present. No visible fixing holes. A ’clean’ dial set on a slender white stone circular section baluster pedestal with square capital and square four-step base.
