BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

’The White Horse’, Marrick

A stone vertical dial canted West, the dial is spalling badly located over the front door. Black lettering on stone ground. Top band of square dialplate might have supported a motto. Shows 6am to 6pm in hours. Only a few lines and parts of numerals now visible. Strip gnomon and single supporter. Carved canopy type drip ledge above.
