BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial is on the west wall of the cottage, set over the front door canopy. It is a common Suffolk commercial dial - see also SRN 4497, Ipswich area, and 4111, Stoke by Nayland. The motto reads: "Tempus Fugit". The design is reminiscent of a longcase clock with shallowly arched top. Shows 6am to 6pm in hours.
