BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Northamptonshire
The dial is at a south facing terraced house. If a motto exists it is in the N side of the ring between the sunface and the chapter ring. Shows 4am to 8pm in half and quarter hours. Uses XII and IIII. Half hour markers are outward pointing with lozenge ends. Split noon line. Numerals read from outside the chapter ring. Sunface and flame décor at centre. False date of 1667 at South side. Three hole fixing. Single back-curved gnomon supporter. Gnomon aligned with mid side of octagon. All mounted on square section stone column with square capital and square tapered plinth.
