BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Northamptonshire

The dial is held indoors. The motto reads: "Tempus Fugit". Probably a modern dial with a knuckleduster gnomon piercing. The gnomon is recorded as 120mm long and bent. Shows 5am to 7pm in Roman numerals viewed from outside, and hour lines are shown in the recorder’s drawing. The drawing shows corner decoration so the dial plate itself (or possibly the pedestal capital?) may be square.
