BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Northamptonshire

Three ring sphere with upward pointing arrow gnomon - flight slightly bent. Marked to show 4am to 8pm in half hours. Dot décor on exterior of all but the equator ring. Adjustable for latitude. Shere supported by warrior figure. The whole supported on remains of a stone pedestal. Dial was bought, possibly second hand, in 1950s.
