BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Northamptonshire

Gift to owner. Shows 4am to 8pm in hours. Uses XII and IV. Flowers representing the (named) seasons in each corner of the dialplate. In-pressed numerals and lines but with seasonal names in relief. Interesting gnomon supporter. Gnomon angle rather low for UK. Set on cylindrical fluted pedestal surrounded by animal and leaf décor. Square capital and base with under decor to the capital.
