BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Northamptonshire

Motto reads: "Tempus Fugit". Shows 4am to 8pm in half and quarter hours. Hour lines pass through numerals which are read from outside. Split Noon line. Uses XII and IIII. Sunface is in centre of dialplate with flames around it. Single ’S’ supporter to gnomon.4-hole fixing. Mounted on a modern reconstituted stone baluster pedestal with square capital and base. Floral décor in corners of top of capital.
