BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Northamptonshire

The dial is set on a square section stone pedestal at the west side of the house. It is a half sphere design with 1 ring and 2 half rings, and shows 6am to 6pm in half and quarter hours, in Roman numerals. The gnomon is a rod contained within the main circle which is marked with N, E and W. At the south side there is the date 11 ix MCMXCV.
