Black metal semicircle holds time scale with Roman numerals painted in orange. Shows 7am to 6pm in hours. Uses XII and IV. Wrongly delineated. Most unusually for a vertical dial the numerals are read from inside the semicircle. Gnomon is a bent rod mounted on the vertical part of the ’anchor’ shape.
