BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Northamptonshire

Motto reads: "Time Flies". This across the top of the South face. Four face dial pointing to cardinal directions. Set on tall pillar with seat at base and surmounted by a stone eagle. Shows 6am to 6pm (S), 4am to 10am (E), 2pm to 8pm (W) and 4am to 6am & 6pm to 8pm (N). All in hours.
