BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Andrew’s Church, Barnwell St Andrew

The dial is over the south porch. It shows 6am to 6pm in hours, using XII and IIII, wit numerals read from below. Thin rod gnomon with circle motif supporter. Hour lines emanate from root. Looks modern. NB There is a nearby village of Barnwell All Saints and it is possible that confusion may exist. One sighting mentions only ’Barnwell’ and an NGR of TL040840. Confirmation requested.
