BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Jersey

Motto in narrow scrolled banner across centre of dialplate and another around the arch are now indecipherable. Break arch design with gnomon supported by a shoe straddling 10:45-11:45. Shows 6am to 5pm in half hours. Circle beneath gnomon root may have had other markings. Uses XII and IIII.
