BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Jersey

Breakarch design with 12-ray sunface. Date is below sunface. Left and right of sunface are initials JPP and EMB. Shows 6am to 6pm in half hours which are marked by inward arrows. Uses IIII. Now inside the dial was originally fixed on the S face of the Southern chimney of the property. Dial probably fell from chimney in storm of 1987. Now seriously damaged at lower left so that hours 9am to 3pm are not there. NB This is not the Le Bel Royal Dial from next door.
