BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Lozenge oriented square dial with semicircle at gnomon root. Hour lines extend from this arc. Dark lines on light ground. Shows 8am to 3pm in half and quarter hours which marks are inward inside the chapter ring. Half hour lines extend into the chapter ring to a dot. Numerals in line with dial edge. Noon numeral is vertically oriented. Numerals and border in relief.
