BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Philosopher’s Garden, Haringey

Analemmatic dial with fixed vertical gnomon in the form of a wooden post with inverted ’arrow’ like top. Shows time correctly only on one solstice. Shows 8am to 7pm in hours. A vertical post was supported in an octagonal base inset with ceramic décor, but the post was reported missing in June 2015.
