BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Pedestrian Precinct, Eastbourne

Uses rough vertical stone at height and position corresponding to a position on a sloping style. Uses XII and IIII. Shows 10am to 5pm in hours. Delineated during the summer solstice. White brick hour lines on tegula pavement. Mounted on a circular stone plinth reclaimed from a Martello tower gun emplacement. Plaque nearby.
