BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Inscr reads: "Presented by the Residents of Paultons Square to commemorate the millennium". EoT graph. Shows 5am to 7pm in 30, 15 and 5 min marks. Numerals read from inside the chapter ring. Uses XII and IV. Pierced gnomon - angle may not be that of latitude. Mounted on a straight octagonal pedestal with octagonal capital and plinth from Pyramidion (catSD12)
