BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Bodrhyddan Hall (1), Dyserth

The dial is located in the garden. The gnomon is corroded and only a few hour lines and some evidence of Roman numerals remain cut into the top surface of the sandstone pedestal. The pedestal is a 150 square stone pillar set on a larger square base. The dial carries the date 1637 with ’IHK’ incised on the North face of the pedestal. The gardens are open on some summer afternoons.
