BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The motto reads: "Time and Tide waits for no Man", around the edge of the dial, with a compass rose in the centre. Shows 4am to 8pm in 30,15 and 7.5 min marks, using XII and IIII, with a split Noon. Numerals read from outside the chapter ring. On a small sandstone pedestal with an overlarge circular top.
