BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Inscr reads: "Help the Aged". Seen on TV. Black lines on white ground with dark blue band at top having diagrammatic setting sun motif. Shows 4am to 3 pm in hours. Uses XII and IV. Fillet filled brass gnomon. Other lettering top and bottom not discernible. Shown displayed on a brick wall as part of the 2002 show garden. Final location not known.
