BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Tollgate Cottage, Kelsale cum Carlton

The dial is on the side of the house. The inscription reads: "Built 1785 Altered Time after Time". Date (1785) is date of house. White raised lettering and lines on blue ground. Shows 9am to 6pm in hours. No numerals. Gnomon of sheet iron, roughly triangular with four holes under the style.
