BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Jersey

Frieze sculpted by Edwin Russell occupies seven walls of swimming pool building. Dial in centre in pediment. Shows 8am to 6pm BST in hours. Short hour lines pass through numerals which are arranged horizontally under the Apollo chariot. Gnomon is a rod held by Apollo.
